THE AUTIF GUIDE TO INDIVIDUAL SAVINGS ACCOUNTS
AUTIF has produced a free guide to Individual Savings Accounts
(ISAs), which outlines their benefits to new investors and
explains what they mean to people already saving in PEPs and
TESSAs.
Anne McMeehan, Director of Communications at AUTIF, said:
"Although ISAs, like PEPs and TESSAs, are designed
to encourage people to save more, they are quite different.
It is therefore important to take some time to understand
these new savings products. For this reason, and to make
the transition from PEPs and TESSAs to ISAs a little easier,
we have set out to answer step by step, the typical questions
being asked both by existing investors and those who are
looking to start saving for the first time."
Readers should call the Unit Trust Information Service on
