AUTIF OFFERS TECHNICAL TRAINING ON ISAS

The Association of Unit Trusts and Investment Funds (AUTIF) has launched an ISA training package for administration and customer service staff – employed in its members’ or in IFA firms.

Available as an open enrolment course, as an in-house programme or as an off-the-shelf training package, the training is designed to relieve pressures on training and line managers at a busy time. It has been developed by a training professional in conjunction with AUTIF’s technical experts.

Victoria Nye, Director of Training & Education said:

"ISA’s are far from simple, the rules have only just been finalised, our members have very little time to ensure their staff fully understand the new product. There is clearly a role for the trade association here. Thanks to the help of a member working party, we believe we have a high quality package, tailored to employers needs and most importantly, conducive to learning."
