How to make your search more effective

Look for an exact phrase by typing the whole phrase

Example - Type managed investment to find the exact phrase managed investment.

 
Look for two or more words in the same document by using and

Example - Type PEPs and ISAs to find documents that have the word PEPs  as well as the word ISAs.

 
Look for synonyms or similar words by using or

Example - Type prospectus or fundraising to find documents with the word prospectus or the word fundraising , but not necessarily both of these words.

 
Limit your search by using and not to exclude words.

Example - Type PEPs and not ISAs  to find all documents with the word PEPs but not when the word ISAs  is also in the document.

 
Look for words that begin with the same letters by using a single asterisk ie*

Example - Type invest* to find investing, investor, investment and so on.
